Hi, my name is Lucy
I started my fitness journey because I was tired of being ‘skinny’ – I wanted to feel strong, capable, and confident in my own body. Lifting weights completely changed the way I saw myself, and it gave me a sense of power I’d never felt before. I've also seen plant-based for 7 years and it's played a huge role in supporting my training and recovery.
Now I aspire to give others the opportunity to thrive like me. Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to build strength and confidence, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to make training something you enjoy, not something you dread – and to show you just how strong you really are.
