As a personal trainer I believe the goal is to help clients achieve their goals and surpass what they believe possible all whilst giving them the knowledge, skills, and experience to one day leave your assistance and continue their fitness journey on their own" At the age of 15 I was overweight and extremely unfit. I decided to start the gym to lose weight and become fitter.
By the age of 16 I had lost over three stone in weight and gained a passion for fitness which I then used to help friends and family better themselves in the gym as much as possible. It was at the age of 17 when I decided to pursue a career within the fitness industry and attain my personal training qualification. From the age of 17 I have been teaching classes to members of multiple gyms as a fitness instructor and training 1-1 clients.
I have spent the past 9 years training individuals to become fitter, stronger, and better in every way possible. During my time away from work I spend as much time and resources as I can expanding my knowledge and skills so I can help my clients achieve the best possible results. The fitness industry is forever changing and can be a scary place for anyone and it is my job to lend a helping hand to those in need of assistance. I have trained clients that have never been inside a gym before and those who have trained for 30+ years but need a new lease of life in their training and even those who just need someone to hold them accountable for their training and diet..
