I am a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer, sepcialising in overall weight loss, body recompositing and muscle/strength gain.
My journey into fitness began 3 years ago when I discovered the profound impact of a healthy lifestyle on overall wellbeing. I pursued my certification as a Personal Trainer through City of Liverpool College, where I gained comprehensive knowledge in exercise science, nutrition and effective training techniques.
