I’ve played American football since 2015 and was selected for the Team GB American Football squad, so I know firsthand the level of training, commitment, and mindset required to reach peak performance. Im looking to deliver the techniques of commitment and discipline shown in high level sport, adapted to you to achieve maximum results.With a BSc in Sports Coaching from Liverpool John Moores University and a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, I combine scientific principles with real-world experience to create effective, adaptable training programs.
