Since I can remember I have loved watching and playing sports! I have played various different sports for most of my life such, as football where I reached high levels of competition playing at semi-professional and professional football academies such as Sutton United F.C. and Crystal Palace F.C. Despite me no longer playing football, I would like to use my sporting experience and knowledge to help other aspiring athletes to embark on their fitness journey's and help them reach and exceed their goals turning one's dreams and ambitions into a reality through persistence and hard work.
