About me

Hi there, and welcome to my profile! My name’s Jackson.

I’m originally from Scotland, but I spent nearly 10 years in Australia. In 2013, while in Australia, I enrolled as a student at The Australian College of Sport & Fitness and earned my qualification in Personal Training. Since then, I’ve accumulated 11 years of knowledge experience in this incredible field. I’ve continually up-skilled through online training courses, practical workshops, and mentorships to ensure I’m up to date with the most effective training methods for my clients and myself.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people achieve their health and fitness goals, building lifelong relationships along the way. My experience spans a wide range of demographics and needs. I’ve worked as a kids’ sports coach, teaching everything from gymnastics to juggling and climbing. I’ve trained corporate clients in preparation for white-collar boxing matches, and I’ve worked with older adults, aged 60-80, recovering from hip or knee replacements or simply looking to restore mobility and stability in their lives.

In today’s world, where many of us lead sedentary 9-to-5 office lifestyles, common issues like lower back pain, rounded shoulders, weak posterior chains, and tight or weak hip flexors have become all too prevalent. My mission is to educate and empower my clients to combat these issues in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. While I’ve spent a long time focusing on general health and fitness goals such as toning, fat loss, and muscle building—all of which are valid and important—I’ve discovered my true passion lies in improving my clients' quality of life. This includes correcting muscular imbalances, improving posture, and refining basic movement patterns. I truly believe I can help most people who come my way, regardless of their background or fitness level!
