About me

Hi there! Nice to meet you. 

I'm Laura, a nutritionist, sport scientist, and a proud personal trainer here at Pure Gym.

With a background in nutrition and sport science, I've developed a deep and holistic understanding of the human body. My education focused on prevention, earning us the nickname "lifestyle doctors" from our professor.

Having overcome 10 years of chronic illness and injury without surgery or medication, I've experienced firsthand the power of a balanced approach. Over the past year, I've gained 11kg of healthy weight, healed my injuries, and moved to London to train as a dancer and stuntwoman.

I don't believe in quick fixes. My approach is holistic because health and fitness encompasses multiple levels. I focus on three major pillars: exercise, nutrition, and the mind, addressing each one to achieve comprehensive well-being.
