I found my passion for fitness when I discovered strength and hypertrophy training as a young adult. It was the first time fitness was used to prioritise my body’s own progress, rather than just for competition or aesthetic display.
I love working with weights as I believe they’re a greattool for people to discover their true power; this can be transformative for women in particular. Fitness is about much more than our appearance – it can boost mental wellness and overall quality of life.
I specialise in Body Recomposition for beginners, and I thrive in creating personalised programmes that consider the busy-ness and complexities of modern life. I make it my mission to empower people to build strength, confidence and a sustainable fitness journey they can carry through the rest of their lives.
