Directions
The gym is situated on High Street, near to The Mall and next door to Poundland and the British Heart Foundation.
BY CAR
On-street parking is available (£1.50 per hour, max. stay two hours) or the NCP car park in The Mall costs £1.40 for one hour, £2.40 for one-two hours, and £4.50 for two to four hours.
BY BUS
Bus stop X is right outside the gym where there's a regular service from bus numbers 61, 208, 320, 336, 358 and N199.
BY TRAIN
Bromley South train station is a few minutes' walk away - simply come out the station, walk up towards the main shopping area and you'll see us on the right hand side.
BY BIKE
If you fancy a warm-up before you workout, you can lock your bike to the rack at the rear of the gym.
