About me

Whether you're an endurance athlete looking to build strength and conditioning, aiming to lose weight, or simply seeking to improve your overall fitness, I am here to help you every step of the way. With personal experience in strength training, endurance conditioning, and functional fitness, I bring a holistic approach to every workout. I’m committed to staying on top of the latest training techniques and approaches, ensuring that you get the most effective, science-backed workouts. Together, we'll break through plateaus, increase your performance, and smash your fitness targets. As a passionate hybrid athlete, my fitness journey began in 2018 when a friend dragged me to Parkrun when I was backpacking in Australia. I instantly fell in love with running which led to 10km races, half marathons and triathlons. In 2022 I ran the London Marathon for St Christopher’s Hospice. I realised I needed to get stronger if I was to run marathons regularly to prevent injury and improve on my time. I started training in CrossFit, by incorporating strength and conditioning into my routine, I was able to revolutionise my running and improve my overall fitness. I reduced my marathon time by 40 minutes at the Berlin Marathon in 2024 and just five weeks later, I ran the New York City Marathon. Now, I continue to set ambitious goals and compete in events like HYROX as well as my mission to complete the world major marathons. This personal journey has not only transformed my own fitness but has also fuelled my passion to inspire others. It led me to become a Personal Trainer, with the goal of helping athletes and individuals of all backgrounds achieve their fitness goals.
