My approach ensures measurable progress, regardless of experience level. I studied Sport and Exercise Science at university and became a certified personal trainer. Growing up, I played various sports like football, running and badminton, and I’m still actively involved in them today. My diverse sports background brings a unique perspective to training, blending elements from different disciplines to help you reach your goals in fun and creative ways.
