My passion for fitness has gradually developed through personal experience, as I have practiced the many benefits of keeping fit as well as making healthy choices. I joined PureGym Colindale as a member in 2018. I have invested valuable time in attending fitness classes instructed by expert personal trainers, as well as self-training using Cardiovascular machines, resistance machines, and alternative functional equipment. After getting my qualifications I am grateful to have the opportunity to enhance people’s lifestyle in a significant way. I promote a non-comparative mindset, concentrating on each individual’s uniqueness and the incredible feeling of having overall well-being. I will be with you from health assessments, setting goals, nutritional advice, to a tailored program designed for 1:1 sessions, as well as small group sessions, I will use advanced training systems to help you to reach your goals- whether it’s fat reduction, strength training, and muscle gain. I appreciate how busy life can be, I am here to help you find time to start, exercise, and be consistent. The hardest thing after that is to stop !
