About me

Hi, im Malik , fitness enthusiast and lover of anything health and fitness. The gym to me is dedication to self-care and self-love. Since I started my journey in 2017 my lifestyle has been , healthier and made me more self confident . Back in 2017 , I started to train doing calisthenics but didn’t really stock to it until covid hit and every day since i’ve training like animal. This is good for me because it keeps me forced on what my goals I want to achieve. When I moved here in 2022 that’s when I started to lift weights and have a more understanding of my bodys potential and also the correct ways in achieving my goals Life as a personal trainer is all about building a good relationship with clients, understanding their needs, their goals and any setbacks they may have. Looking after your health is an essential way of living, participating in regular exercise and eating a well-balanced diet not only helps you physically, more importantly mentally. As a trainer, I will be here to give you support you need to ensure that you reach your goals.
