Hi, I’m Ali!
From a young age, I’ve been passionate about sports, playing football and basketball, and excelling in long-distance running. My fitness journey truly began during lockdown when I discovered calisthenics. With gyms closed, I embraced this discipline and quickly fell in love with its challenges and rewards. By the time lockdown ended, fitness had become an integral part of my daily life. Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise to include gym-based training, bodybuilding, and conditioning while continuing to refine my calisthenics practice. This diverse experience has shaped my holistic approach to fitness, blending strength, endurance, and mobility. I was inspired to become a personal trainer through a friend who shared the same passion for fitness, and it felt like a natural step for me. Helping others transform their lives through fitness is now my mission.
