Hi my name is Mina,
I am a qualified personal trainer L3 as well as single mother to a 10 year old boy and I understand how hard it is to juggle work, motherhood and fitness. Discipline plays a big part when it comes to reaching goals, we sometimes all just need somebody to help us see our potential and hold us accountable. I have been into fitness since I was very young (18) and it helped me mentally as well as physically. I love helping people come out their shell and get comfortable in environments they once found intimidating sometimes we all just need a helping hand from time to time.
With my experience I can help people lose weight, gain muscle, and become stronger as well as well as improve mobility and maintain progress (nutrition guide)/improve cardiovascular system for more explosiveness as well as mobility to help you loosen up a bit.
