Exciting news! Your gym is getting an upgrade!

The upgrade includes:

Upgraded functional area with way more kit including sled track, non-lifting rig, rowers, hip thruster bench, bike ergs and ski ergs.

New glute focused machines including a hack squat and perfect squat machine.

Dual studio with all new mats, steps and pump sets.

Brand new flex area.

Upgraded women’s workout space with new lifting, free weights and glute focused equipment.

Extended free weights area with a 6 bay lifting rig.

Upgraded changing rooms.

Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety. We kindly ask that you don't attempt to access these areas during this period.
