Hi, I’m Adam. I have had a keen passion for fitness and sports my whole life, so much so that, I decided to learn about the science behind it in depth with a BSc in Sports Science and MSc in Strength and Conditioning.
I will use this knowledge to develop your own personalised training programme, designed to achieve your own individual goals, whether that be a body transformation or improving sporting performance. Through the use of periodisation, I will have you meet these goals at your chosen deadlines, such as peaking for a bodybuilding or sporting competition, or achieving your dream physique in time for that holiday.
