Fitness transformed my life - so much so that I left my 6-year career in Corporate Finance to become a Personal Trainer and coach others in changing their lives for the better too.
My journey in fitness wasn’t (and still isn’t) easy - growing up in a traditional home, I struggled endlessly with my weight and never felt confident in my body. I learned the hard way that fitness is far from the overly restrictive diets and the never-ending treadmill.
Fitness is unique to YOU - it’s movement that makes YOU feel strong and vibrant, foods that fuel YOUR body and energises YOU, and a mindset that nourishes YOUR mind. The outer appearance then follows. As a personal trainer, my goal is to help you find empowerment in your fitness journey. I focus on weight loss, muscle toning, and functional strength but also cultivating a positive mindset and lifestyle that extends beyond the gym walls.
