About me

For the last decade, fitness, the gym and health have been key components of my life. I have achieved things that I am incredibly proud of including a 19-minute 5k, completing a marathon, playing high- level rugby and becoming the No.1 ranked Sub-Junior powerlifter in the country.

However, the gym has given me so much more than just material accomplishments; it has given me confidence, discipline, many fun times and an amazing community.

I’ve also come to realise that I love helping others achieve their own goals, which is why I decided to become a personal trainer. Whether these goals are fitness, strength, fat-loss or improved mental health, if you work with me, we will take an enjoyable science-based and results-driven approach to achieving them!
