Throughout the years, I have cultivated a more holistic approach to help people through physical exercise, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle.

My coaching style is focused on Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ) encouraging clients to embrace a positive relationship with their bodies and to celebrate progress, both big and small, along their health and fitness journey.
