I am from Hong Kong, born and raised here.
It was a tough experience training by myself, with poor technique and form. I strongly recommend that new members find a qualified trainer to guide them in starting their fitness journey.
I excel at gaining strength and helping new members. People who train with me will become confident enough to continue training on their own.
Setting targets is important for all of us, including trainers. My goal for 2024 is to increase my Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift (SBD) total from 380+ to 420+. I also aim to go from 64kg to 66kg while maintaining a body fat percentage of 11-13%.
