Since 2012 personal training has been my passion, with more then a decades worth of hands on experience working with busy working individuals of all shapes, sizes and training experiences with dozens of results.
I’ve been here at Pure Gym Shoreditch since it opened its doors in 2017 (the original trainer). Using a holistic approach to my work GBC training (German body composition training) and nutrition principles are the catalysts to fat loss, muscle growth and self confidence in my clients keeping them motivated and engaged in the plan set out for them.
I’ve worked along side some of the countries top body transformation experts to sharpen my skills to ensure my clients get the best possible results designing personalised training plans and nutrition guides.
