Having over 15 years of experience and coming from a sports and athletics background, in sports like; Football, Ice Hockey, Basketball, Sprinting and Long Jump just to name a few. Using my knowledge of sports, fitness within sports and sports massage, it has helped me focus training on Strength & Conditioning while keeping a concentration on technique and form to reduce and prevent risk of injury, to allow myself and all the clients I train to make improvement while being able remain functional able in their day-to-day lives and make it easy for them to transition their improvements into their day-to-day movements and actions. I hold pride in helping all to reach their health and fitness goals, not matter how big or little.
