My name is Roddy and I’m a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall wellbeing. I have always been involved in fitness whether through sport or gym work and strongly believe that mental and physical health come hand in hand. I am dedicated to providing customised fitness plans tailored to individual needs to ensure clients are consistently mentally and physically healthy. I specialise in strength training, weight loss and cardiovascular fitness. Whether it’s building strength, improving endurance or gaining confidence l, my aim is to guide clients every step of the way to lasting results.
