Hi my name is Reece. I am a recent graduate of a Level 3 Personal trainer, my expertise is in the form of martial arts specifically boxing and kickboxing.
My aims are to make sure you achieve your goals in your time frame. I can help you along your fitness journey with motivational support, specific training schedules tailored to your goals. As someone who has come on his own journey, I acknowledge the requirements necessary to do and I am there to help you along your way.
I offer 1-1 pad sessions for both boxing and kickboxing, to keep fit or just to learn some basics.
Alongside this, I can offer strength and conditioning training and regularly schedule monthly training rotas. With enough people happy to organise group classes for groups of members.
