Fitness is a main part of my life, I’m passionate about helping others get confidence, get stronger, and sustain good habits in the gym. As a competitive powerlifter, I know what it takes to push the limits while maintaining proper technique and also preventing injury.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve strength, or just being more confident in your training, I can provide personalized workout plans, expert guidance and motivation to help you reach your goals. I also offer nutritional advice, including keto and gut-cut strategies, to optimize your progress.

My personal goal? To keep competing and improving in powerlifting—currently I can squat 130kg and deadlift 145kg at 57kg bodyweight!
