Hi I'm Ryan A little about me, im a guy that been skinny, to Spartan and Dad Bod (ultimate form). I have the T-shirts in all sizes to prove it. Im in my 40's and over the years, ive have gone through the challenges. I have a deep knowledge and experience from my early youth years, as a British ARMY Commando, to my 30s being overweight and extremely fatigued. So i decided to do something about it. i took up martials arts and became a Thai Kickboxer and i hit the gym. Learning military training, weight lifting, body building and Thai Kickboxing, you would think, that they would complement each other? Unfortuatley not so, who you learn from and how sports differ has a huge impact. We all like to think we can do things by ourselves, but this is rarely the case. Without my Sgts, Gym Bros, Master, and being inspired by others. I wouldnt be anywhere near, as good in my physical or mental mind set. So im here to pass on that knowledge.
