My name is Kadie and I am a certified PT with a passion for health and wellness. I have a dance background which kept me fit and trim until the age of 30 and then my eyes opened to the benefits of strength training and I was a changed woman. the body that I scuplted from lifting heavy weights was stronger, healthier and curvier than ever before.
