As a personal trainer and a woman, I want to inspire and encourage other women to embrace their strength and help them be their best!
From a young age I have loved sport. Joining a gym and starting weight training was the best decision I have ever made. It helped me to get rid of my back paid and I found my inner strength. I enjoy training all muscles groups. As you get older we should exercise to avoid muscle atrophy. An exercise program may help you treat muscle atrophy.
I am a mum and I know it is a challenge when you have little children, and how difficult to find time for exercises.
All you have to do is take that first step on the journey to your new life!
