Everyone and everybody is welcome at our club which not only has a low-cost contract-free membership, but is also open 24 hours and has lots of free fitness classes to get you moving in the right direction.

The nearest bus stop is on Stafferton Way, served by Thames Valley buses, a 1 minute walk from the club.
BY TRAIN
Maidenhead train station is a 5 minute walk away from the club, across the tunnel under the rail tracks on the A308.
