Hi I'm Jacques, a personal trainer and online coach with a deep passion for helping people transform their lives through fitness. With a background in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Portsmouth, and years of experience in sports, including training at Maidstone United Football Club, I’ve seen first-hand how fitness can build not only a stronger body but a resilient mindset. Whether you're aiming for fat loss, muscle building, strength gains, or specific sport-related goals, I’m here to guide you with up-to-date knowledge and a training style that’s tailored just for you.

I know what it’s like to struggle with fitness—I've been the overweight kid and the skinny teenager before finding my path to strength. My approach is all about making fitness enjoyable and sustainable. No fad diets, no harsh restrictions—just finding what works for you and your lifestyle. Together with my partner Megan, we run JM Fitness Coaching, where our goal is to help you build confidence, create positive habits, and make lasting changes that improve both your fitness and mindset.
