Hi I'm Megan, a personal trainer and online coach. My path into fitness wasn’t a straightforward one—I originally studied Theatre and trained as an actor. Fitness became my way through a challenging time in my life, giving me a sense of purpose and achievement as I saw my progress: lifting heavier, running longer, and breaking my personal bests. These moments of tangible success showed me just how powerful and resilient my body could be, and they inspired me to pursue a career in fitness. I know how transformative having the right guidance can be, as I was lucky to have a trainer who supported me when I first started. Now, I want to be that person for others, helping you build strength, confidence, and achieve your goals.
I’m here to make fitness enjoyable and sustainable for you. I believe that finding the type of training you love is key to staying consistent and achieving long-term results. Whether your aim is to build muscle, lose fat, improve endurance, or simply feel more confident in your body, I’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.
