My fitness journey began in my early teens when I struggled with being overweight. I gradually transformed from that state to a slimmer version of myself, and I’m proud of where I am today. Fitness is my passion, and I love helping others feel happy and confident in their bodies, creating lasting changes in their lives. I’ve played rugby for ten years, which has instilled in me a sense of discipline and consistency in my fitness routine. I bring this dedication to my personal training sessions with clients. I've been studying personal training for two years and am currently working towards my Level 4 certification.
