My fitness journey began out of concern for my health, and it quickly turned into a passion. In just six months, I transformed my own body, going from 65kg to 72kg, and I haven’t looked back since. I started with calisthenics, mastering bodyweight movements, and eventually transitioned into powerlifting, where I’ve achieved some impressive strength ratios. But my true expertise lies in helping people shape and sculpt their bodies in a short, realistic timeframe.
