I got into personal training because of my love for sports. As a young teen I was heavily involved in athletics, netball and basketball. I loved the feeling that I got from doing sports and the bond that I got from my teammates. Each teammate would encourage and push you to do your best, just like your coach would. I do personal training to help women build their confidence and remind them that they need to put themselves first. Life can be very challenging with mental health or even stress. I found that exercise not only does it help with our mental health but also physical being as well. This is where I can help you on your journey to strengthen your mind and body. Sometimes we need someone to give us a little push to help us achieve our goals and that’s what I’m here to do.
