I got into fitness 5 years ago while battling with my mental health and found a passion for building muscle. Fitness has been life changing for me, and I want to share that with other people and help women to become their strongest, fittest and most confident self. I’m a huge advocate for kindness, self-love and inclusivity. I am studying towards my level 4 personal training, level 3 pre and postnatal exercise and level 5 nutrition and hope to use what I learn to help people make positive sustainable changes to their quality of life. Outside of the gym I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, painting, collecting house plants and horse riding. I also have 3 cats and a sausage dog who keep me pretty busy (I’m basically Dr. Doolittle). If you see me on the gym floor, please come and say hi! I’m here to help any way I can, whether you want some help reaching your goals, a spot or just someone to cheer you on while you do your thing.
