Hi! I’m Veronica, a personal trainer and fitness coach here at PureGym. I started training in the gym in my early teens and that’s when I developed my passion for fitness. However, I say I only began my true fitness journey in the last few years when I started learning about anatomy and physiology, principles of fitness training and more of the theory behind this ‘hobby’ I had grown to love so much. Now it’s my career! My goal in this role is to teach you about YOUR body and how you can maximise your training to reach your goals. I found it so intimidating to push myself and now, I’m restless when I don’t have a challenge! Our bodies are so resilient and, with the right plan, there is no goal out of reach. The gym is where I feel most comfortable and it is my aim to ensure this is true for you too, come and find out how strong you really are!
