Great News! Your gym is getting an upgrade!​

The upgrade includes:​

Upgraded free weights with way more equipment including a 4 bay lifting rig and all new dumbbells.

Upgraded stretch area.​

​Brand new women's workout space including free weights up to 30kg, preloaded bars, a functional and stretch zone, fixed pin equipment, two lifting bays, smith machine and hip thrusting bench.

Upgraded functional area with sled track.

Upgraded fixed pin with additional cables, leg press, seated leg curl and the Bootybuilder V8.

Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety. We kindly ask that you don't attempt to access these areas during this period.​
