I come from a military background of 5 years, which is where I found my passion for fitness and weight training. During my time there, I learned how to condition myself in extreme circumstances, challenging not only my body but also my mental health. I’ve always had a keen interest in sports such as boxing, basketball, skiing, and snowboarding. Being so active in my childhood made me fall in love with the gym even more. I’ve always been inspired by my uncle, who is a 3-time world champion boxer, whom I enjoy training with and learning from. I knew once I discovered my love for health and fitness, that I wanted to make it my career, helping others to maximize their potential. So I did. I’m excited to provide an in-person service as well as being able to offer online coaching.
