I’m the proud owner of Real Coaching LTD, my brand is the perfect description of me as a person, real and down to earth. I’m a female only Coach and Personal Trainer and have been in the industry for 4 years. I became a coach and personal trainer because I wanted to be the person who I desperately needed at the start of my fitness journey 7 years ago when I was clueless, had zero confidence and was so scared of the gym. I can now say I’ve successful transformed hundreds of women’s lives for the better. I’m a new mum so being a role model is my absolute passion. I want my little girl to grow up understanding that her mummy needs to look after herself. Being a priority as a mum is the most self-less thing you can do.
