Hi I'm Beth, and I'm passionate about helping people to transform their lives through fitness.
I decided to become a Personal Trainer in 2024 after struggling to lose weight and build muscle myself; my own lived experiences now help me to empower others from a place of empathy, because I know just how hard it can be to make a change that lasts.
I work in a holistic way with every client, meaning I incorporate fitness, nutrition and wellbeing into every plan, for sustainable and optimal results.
I specialise in weight loss, muscle building, strength and conditioning, nutrition and wellbeing, but I also love to help people improve their overall fitness and stamina with cardiovascular and functional exercises too.
My aim is always to treat people as individuals, why is why I create bespoke plans and additional resources for each of my clients. With me, you can expect to gain physical results, but also gain confidence and energy for success in the long term.
