Hi I’m Chris, one of the Personal Trainers at Pure Gym Merthyr.
I believe that simplicity is key when it comes to fitness. You don’t need to overcomplicate things to see results—stick to a simple, effective plan, and you'll achieve your goals. My approach is all about finding what works for you and helping you build sustainable habits that lead to long-term success.
My journey into fitness started with pushups in my bedroom and how to gain abs in 30 minutes YouTube videos (it didn't work). Like many, I was too scared to enter a gym out of fear of being judged. I was underweight and lacked confidence, not just in the gym but in life as well. Over the past seven years, I’ve experimented with countless workout routines and diets, learning what works and what doesn’t. Through hard work and persistence, I’ve gained 25kg of muscle and transformed not just my body, but my confidence as well. Now, I’m here to help you fast-track your journey, avoiding the mistakes I made and achieving your goals efficiently.
