Hello! I'm Anthony. Like a lot of people during COVID, I struggled with isolation. I was unhappy with what was happening to my body and mind, because we lost what we all took for granted - freedom to get up and go!
So, I got on the internet, and I learned how to workout at home using what was available to me - I found that exercise not only helped me get in shape, but it also helped clear my head and I felt more positive in my daily life.
I am now a fully qualified Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer.
When working with me we will go through your fitness goals and set easy, achievable targets that we can track. I will give you the tools you need to achieve these goals and to continue being successful on your fitness journey.
What I can help with - Weight-loss, Tone, Muscle building or just to improve overall fitness. (I’m also a good listener).
