About me

Hello! I'm Kirsty. I’m passionate about helping women, especially those going through Perimenopause / Menopause, and those wanting to experience the incredible benefits of strength training, yoga and mobility work.

With over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and a background as an elite athlete in Judo, I’ve spent my life immersed in health, fitness, and nutrition to ensure I could compete at the highest levels. Now, my mission is to empower women, especially those in midlife, to take control of their health and feel strong, confident, and resilient.

Through my own research and experience, I discovered that strength training can be a game-changer for women at this stage. It’s not just about building muscle; it’s about building confidence, enhancing quality of life, and taking control of our well-being.
