Hi I'm Ethan, Starting the gym I was a very skinny, every shirt was too big for me, I was very unhealthy and I was very self-conscious. I quickly became obsessed with fitness and the mental boost I got from it, so I put time and effort into research and trained hard to get where I am today. From then on I've aimed to help people feel comfortable in their own skin and hit their own personal goals to get to where they want to be.
