My personal fitness journey started about 3 years ago, so I have a lot of practical experience, coupled with academic knowledge of how to achieve and maintain an optimum body physique. With level 3 in Personal Training, I am currently studying for a Level 4 in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage (SCRaM). I also have knowledge of kick boxing. I take great pleasure in seeing others attain their personal fitness goals and I really like to support them on their journeys towards better fitness and overall health. One thing that has become clear to me when following my own fitness plan is the correlation between increased physical exercise and having a more positive outlook on life. This is so important nowadays, especially in our stressed-filled lives. To be able to enhance someone’s happiness and self-esteem through a tailored, exercise plan is hugely important to me and I believe that everyone, no matter their ability, can achieve a better quality of life and increased physical and mental strength with the right coaching and support.
