About me

Hi! I’m Julia; a level 3 Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and a UK Athletics Leader in Running Fitness and Coaching Assistant. My fitness journey began at the age of 36, but it wasn't until I ran my first marathon at 41 that I really started taking the gym seriously. Inspired by my own coach, I decided to become a PT to help others achieve their fitness goals . I absolutely love all aspects of the gym, especially strength and conditioning! In addition to my fitness training, I hold a diploma in psychology and am really interested in the mental aspects of exercise, in particular helping people who struggle with anxiety around exercise. I'm also a strong advocate for the benefits of exercise for our mental health. There's nothing I find more rewarding than helping others boost their confidence and self-esteem. Whatever your goal, I'm here to support you in reaching it. Your journey to a more confident you is my priority. If you need any assistance or guidance, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
