Hey, I’m Lily! I started taking my fitness journey seriously in January 2023, and since then become a Level 3 Personal Trainer, hoping to kick-start your fitness journey.
I initially started the gym, to reach my physical goals: building muscle, ‘toning up’ and improving my cardiovascular fitness. However, I soon realised the gym allowed me to achieve my mental goals: becoming confident in myself, finding time to better myself and most importantly learning that no one is judging!
As someone who understands how daunting the gym can be and the overwhelming feeling of not knowing where to start, I aim to help you overcome these worries and grow in confidence.
I wish to support any of your goals, whether that be losing weight, building muscle, making healthier choices, or just making that first step that little bit easier!
I currently offer 1-1 personal training and online programming, as I appreciate the gym isn’t possible for everyone.
