Growing up, I was often told I was "too fat," which led me to start my fitness journey at 18. Coming from an Asian background, I know how cultural food habits can impact health, and I wanted to make a change—not just for myself, but for other women too. Through dedication to training and healthy eating, I transformed my life and became a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
As a mum of two, I understand the challenges women face before and after pregnancy. That’s why I specialized in pre and postnatal fitness, helping mums regain strength, confidence, and energy safely. My goal is to empower women to feel their best at any stage of life!
