Why are you at the gym?

When I started the gym my goal was to build muscle and stack some weight on. I started in 2016 and hated everything about me, I has a skinny kid with zero confidence. Since starting the gym I have gone from normal weight training to build muscle, to olympic lifting. From joining a boxing gym to then training in BJJ and kickboxing. My confidence when it comes to fitness and training has completely changed from where it was when I first started.
I have now built this passion into a business that is dedicated on helping you achieve your goals and get the body that you aspire to have.
